How does it work?

SHOKO provides specially developed exclusive plans that can operate in networks of different mobile operators — as long as they meet SHOKO’s high quality standards.

The starter pack is an eSIM that includes instructions and the starting balance of the chosen plan.

You will receive your eSIM via email along with detailed instructions. Your plan will be pre-activated, and your selected data and service package will already be loaded onto your balance.

During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred delivery date: "Receive eSIM tomorrow" or "Receive eSIM on the 1st of next month."

• If you choose "Receive eSIM on the 1st of next month": You will receive your eSIM via email on the 1st day of the upcoming month (at approximately 7:00 PM). Your starting balance of data and services will already be active. You will be able to use this initial allowance from the first until the last day of that month.

• If you choose "Receive eSIM tomorrow": You will receive your eSIM via email on the next business day (at approximately 7:00 PM). Please note! In this case, your plan and data package will be valid from the date you receive the email until the end of the current calendar month.

• 65 GB data for €12/month (+ call & SMS package)
• 150 GB data for €26/month (+ call & SMS package)
• 250 GB data for €50/month (+ call & SMS package)

⚠️ Important Billing Information:

The billing cycle runs strictly from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month. To keep your service active, the monthly payment for the upcoming month must be paid by the 28th of the current month.

It depends on the delivery date you select during checkout.

When purchasing, you can choose between two delivery options: "Receive eSIM tomorrow" or "Receive eSIM on the 1st of next month."

• If you choose "Receive eSIM tomorrow": You will receive your eSIM (QR code) via email on the next business day, at approximately 7:00 PM.
• If you choose "Receive eSIM on the 1st of next month": You will receive your eSIM (QR code) via email on the 1st day of the upcoming month, at approximately 7:00 PM.

Installing SHOKO eSIM is very easy!

You will receive detailed instructions to your email.

The steps are as follows:

1. Scan the QR code you received by email.
2. Set the eSIM as your primary SIM.
3. Choose and pay for the plan as instructed — and start using it

SHOKO plans are designed for people who frequently travel across countries.

eSIM is a virtual SIM card that can be installed remotely on devices that support this technology.
