Prohibited UsesYou must not use SHOKO VPN to gain unauthorized access to computers, accounts, networks or systems; distribute malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious software; perform or facilitate denial-of-service attacks; send unsolicited bulk communications or spam; conduct phishing, identity theft, financial fraud or similar deceptive activities; distribute material in violation of applicable law; knowingly infringe intellectual property rights; interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of SHOKO VPN; scan or probe third-party systems without authorization; use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Service; resell or commercially redistribute access to SHOKO VPN without written authorization; or use the Service for activities prohibited by applicable law.

3. Network FairnessWe do not intend to impose arbitrary restrictions on ordinary legitimate VPN usage.

However, where a user's activity materially threatens the stability, security or availability of the infrastructure, reasonable technical measures may be taken to protect the Service and other users.

4. EnforcementWhere we reasonably determine that this Policy has been materially violated, we may restrict or suspend the relevant account or access to the Service.
Serious illegal activity may be reported or disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law.
