1. Parties and ServiceThis End User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the SHOKO VPN mobile application and related VPN services ("SHOKO VPN" or the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using SHOKO VPN, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The SHOKO VPN software application is owned by ISIM UKRAINE LLC (ТОВ «АЙСІМ ЮКРЕЙН»), Ukraine ("Software Owner").
Subscriptions to SHOKO VPN and related services are offered and sold to end users by:

("ISIM GLOBAL", "we", "us", or "our").
SHOKO VPN may use technology, servers, network infrastructure and other technical services supplied by third-party technology providers, including KeepSolid.
2. LicenseSubject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use SHOKO VPN on compatible devices for lawful personal or business purposes.
No ownership rights in SHOKO VPN, its source code, design, trademarks, technology or other intellectual property are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of SHOKO VPN except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. AccountCertain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information where such information is required for registration, payment or provision of the Service.
4. Subscriptions and PaymentsSHOKO VPN may be offered through paid recurring subscriptions.
Current subscription plans, prices, billing periods, applicable taxes and other charges are displayed before purchase on the applicable website, application, App Store, Google Play or other authorized sales channel.
We may change available subscription plans and prices. Any change applicable to an existing recurring subscription will take effect in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the payment platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Subscriptions automatically renew where automatic renewal is indicated at the time of purchase, unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally terminate access for the subscription period already paid for.
5. Free TrialSHOKO VPN may offer eligible users a 7-day free trial.
Unless otherwise stated when the trial is activated, a paid subscription may automatically begin after the trial expires unless the user cancels before the end of the trial.
Eligibility, availability and duration of free trials may vary by platform, country, promotion or user and may be changed for future offers. The terms displayed when you activate the trial form part of this Agreement.
6. Acceptable UseYou may use SHOKO VPN only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Service to conduct or facilitate unlawful activities, unauthorized access to computer systems, distribution of malware, spam, denial-of-service attacks, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights or other activities prohibited by our Fair Use Policy.
Use of a VPN does not exempt you from compliance with applicable laws.
7. Suspension and TerminationWe may restrict, suspend or terminate access to SHOKO VPN where reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful or abusive use, protect the security or integrity of the Service, respond to a valid legal requirement, address a material violation of this Agreement or the Fair Use Policy, or address non-payment of applicable subscription fees.
Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking such action.
You may stop using SHOKO VPN at any time and may cancel a recurring subscription through the channel through which it was purchased.
8. Service AvailabilityWe aim to provide a reliable VPN service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
VPN servers, locations, protocols, applications and other features may be added, modified or discontinued as the Service develops.
Performance may depend on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, network operator, geographical location and third-party infrastructure.
9. PrivacyUse of SHOKO VPN is subject to our Privacy Policy.
SHOKO VPN may rely on third-party technology and infrastructure providers for technical operation of the VPN service. The processing of personal data and technical information applicable to SHOKO VPN is described in the SHOKO VPN Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual PropertyThe SHOKO VPN application and associated intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service granted under this Agreement, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
"SHOKO", "SHOKO VPN", associated logos, application design and other protected materials may not be used without authorization from their respective rights holders.
11. Third-Party PlatformsIf you download or purchase SHOKO VPN through Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party platform, your use of that platform is additionally subject to its applicable terms.
Billing, cancellation and refunds processed by such platforms may be governed by their respective rules.
12. DisclaimerSHOKO VPN is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A VPN can improve privacy and security of network communications but cannot guarantee complete anonymity, absolute security, uninterrupted access to every website or service, or protection against every online threat.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISIM GLOBAL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use SHOKO VPN.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.
14. ChangesWe may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, security requirements or our business operations.
The current version will display its "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.
15. Governing Law and Consumer RightsThis Agreement is governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers residing in the European Union or other jurisdictions of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.
Nothing in this Agreement limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
