SHOKO VPN is a network privacy and connectivity service and does not host or publish the content accessed or transmitted by users through independent third-party websites and online services.

2. Copyright ComplaintsIf you believe that material directly controlled or hosted by SHOKO VPN infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to info@isim.net.ua.

Please include sufficient information to allow us to evaluate the request, including identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material; information sufficient to locate the relevant material or activity; your name and contact information; a statement explaining the basis of your claim; a statement that the information supplied is accurate; and evidence that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. VPN TrafficSHOKO VPN does not control third-party websites or services that users may access through a VPN connection.
Where allegedly infringing content is hosted by an independent third-party website, copyright complaints should normally be directed to the operator or hosting provider of that website.

4. DMCA NoticesWhere the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is applicable to a particular matter, we will evaluate properly submitted notices in accordance with applicable law.
Submission of a copyright complaint does not guarantee removal, disclosure of user information or other action where such action is not technically possible or legally required.

5. Abuse of Copyright ProceduresKnowingly submitting materially false or misleading infringement notices may result in liability under applicable law.
